Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of enterprise-wide Maximo solutions, aligning them with business objectives and asset management best practices.
• Translate functional business requirements into scalable Maximo configurations and customizations.
• Define technical architecture including integrations with third-party systems, data models, and security frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including business analysts, developers, and system administrators to ensure successful implementation.
• Lead solution blueprinting and documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and configuration guides.
• Guide decision-making related to system upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimizations.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise IT standards, cybersecurity requirements, and industry regulations.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Evaluate new Maximo modules, industry solutions (e.g., Maximo for Transportation, Utilities, Oil & Gas), and IBM Watson integrations.
• 7+ years of experience with IBM Maximo, with at least 3 years in a solution architecture or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of Maximo application architecture, workflows, integration frameworks (MIF), and configuration tools.
• Experience with Java, SQL, WebSphere/Liberty, and integration with ERP, GIS, or SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with Maximo Application Suite (MAS), Maximo Mobile, and cloud or on-premise deployment models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in industry-specific Maximo solutions (Utilities, Manufacturing, Transportation, etc.)
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, automation scripts, and reporting tools (e.g., BIRT, Cognos)
• Knowledge of ITIL and enterprise asset management (EAM) frameworks
