We are looking to add a Qualtrics Solution Architect to our team! This is a Full-Time position and a Remote role.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualtrics Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize Qualtrics solutions that drive customer and employee experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Qualtrics' platform capabilities and a proven track record of delivering scalable and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end Qualtrics solutions tailored to business needs, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Configure and customize Qualtrics modules, including XM Directory, Survey Design, and Dashboards.
• Integrate Qualtrics with other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) using APIs and middle ware solutions.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to empower teams in leveraging Qualtrics effectively.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Qualtrics implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance.
• Stay updated on Qualtrics’ latest features and industry best practices to recommend enhancements.
• Develop documentation, including solution designs, workflows, and user guides.
• Act as a subject matter expert, advising on Qualtrics strategies to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Qualtrics platform and related technologies.
• Strong expertise in survey design, data analysis, and API integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
