• Consultative Support: advise team members and clients as needed.
• Client Support: provide responsive technical support and issue resolutions.
• Client Relationship Management: act as primary client contact and align goals with execution.
• Project Leadership: guide scoping, planning, and delivery with clients and internal teams.
• Communication & Issue Resolution: facilitate client-internal team communication and manage expectations.
• Business Development Support: contribute technical content to proposals and presentations.
• Hands-On Contribution: balance delivery with strategic leadership across engagements.
