Job summary

IBM is seeking an experienced IBM BPM/BAW Administrator to support and optimize enterprise workflow and business process management systems. The role covers installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance across production and non-production environments in a hybrid Riverwoods, IL setting.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on BPM/BAW administration, WebSphere expertise, OpenShift deployment experience, and strong scripting and security remediation skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IBM BPM/BAW administration.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot BPM/BAW environments.
• Manage WebSphere Application Server performance and availability.
• Configure Apache and SSL/TLS certificates.
• Experience with OpenShift deployments.
• Linux scripting and Oracle database skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support IBM BPM/BAW environments (Prod and non-Prod).
• Perform system administration tasks (purging, indexing, deployments).
• Manage Apache web server configurations and SSL/TLS cert renewals.
• Monitor and optimize WebSphere Server performance and availability.
• Plan capacity and forecast database growth.
• Deploy and manage IBM BAW on OpenShift platforms.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities across BPM/BAW.
