KellyMitchell Group in Hopkins, MN is seeking an IBM BPM and Web Developer for a leading Financial Services client. This W-2 role focuses on modeling, integrating and deploying complex business processes within modern BPM frameworks.

You will link legacy back-end applications with web front-ends, optimize performance and ensure secure network operations, while collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements and support testing. Hybrid 3 days a week in office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience modeling processes with IBM BPM Process Designer and related frameworks.
• Hands-on with Process Designer, BPDs and Coach Framework as front-end tech.
• Experience with Process Modules, SCA modules, bindings, Mediation, Human Tasks and Business Rules.
• Proficient in Java, ASP, C/C++, Cold Fusion, ActiveX, VB, HTML/DHTML; knowledge of COM/DCOM/CORBA integration.
• Awareness of security, DBMSs, performance and standards.
• Certifications such as MCP/internet or similar legacy stack are a plus.

Job Summary

Our client, a leading Financial Services provider, is seeking an IBM BPM and Web Developer to join their team. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Core Responsibilities

• Dedicate 100% of efforts to application development to meet strict project deadlines
• Model, integrate, and deploy complex business processes
• Link legacy back-end applications with modern web and BPM frameworks
• Code for high performance, database connectivity, and secure network firewalls
• Analyzes, designs, implements and supports web-related applications in support of company's internet/intranet strategy
• Maintains e-commerce or business-related applications
• Continuous collaboration with business stakeholders to refine requirements, validate workflow design, resolve issues quickly, and support testing activities
• Enable real-time engagement, accelerate decision-making, reduce rework, and help ensure delivery of a high-quality solution within the committed timeframe

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• 8+ years of experience modeling processes using IBM BPM Process Designer, Integration, Implementing UCAs, Ajax, Generic System Services
• Strong hands on experience with Process Designer, BPDs and Coach Framework as a Front End technology
• Strong hands on experience with Process Modules, SCA modules and various bindings, Mediation modules, libraries, message handling, error handling, Human Tasks, BO, SDO, Business Rules
• Requires experience with Java, ASP, C/C++, Cold Fusion, ActiveX, VB, HTML/DHTML and an understanding of COM/DCOM, CORBA and linking back-end applications
• Knowledge of authorizing tools and human interface
• Must be experienced with performance aspects of application development
• Knowledge of DBMSs, development methodology, standards, design tools and specification representation
• MCP +internet or other certifications like Win 95/98/NT/Unix, Java Script, VB Script, PERL, XML, HTML, SQL Server, Oracle, Progress, MS Front Page, Cold Fusion, Visual Interdev, ActiveX and Java Applets, ISAPI/NSAPI or MS IIS
• Knowledge of web design principles and standards, firewall and network security and Internet database connectivity

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $49.00 and $70.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
