Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IBM BPM Developer to design, develop, and implement workflow solutions supporting the Non-USD Cash Workflow initiative.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands‑on IBM BPM development experience with strong expertise in IBM BPM Process Designer, process modeling, Business Process Definitions (BPDs), Coach Framework, UCAs, workflow integrations, and IBM BPM development technologies.
The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to validate workflow requirements, develop scalable solutions, support testing, and resolve workflow-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement workflow solutions for the Non-USD Cash Workflow initiative.
- Model business processes using IBM BPM Process Designer.
- Develop and maintain Business Process Definitions (BPDs).
- Develop and maintain User Collaboration Activities (UCAs).
- Build and enhance user interfaces using the Coach Framework.
- Develop Process Modules, SCA Modules, and Mediation Modules.
- Develop and maintain workflow integrations, libraries, and integration services.
- Implement business rules and workflow functionality.
- Implement message handling and error handling.
- Develop and maintain human task functionality.
- Work with Business Objects (BO) and Service Data Objects (SDO).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate workflow requirements and designs.
- Participate in testing activities and troubleshoot workflow-related issues.
- Deliver solutions within aggressive project timelines.
- Participate in Agile development activities when applicable.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- 8+ years of IBM BPM development experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience with IBM BPM Process Designer.
- Experience developing Business Process Definitions (BPDs).
- Strong experience with Coach Framework.
- Strong understanding of process modeling.
