Job summary

KellyMitchell Group in Hopkins, MN is seeking an IBM BPM and Web Developer for a leading Financial Services client. This W-2 role focuses on modeling, integrating and deploying complex business processes within modern BPM frameworks.

You will link legacy back-end applications with web front-ends, optimize performance and ensure secure network operations, while collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements and support testing. Hybrid 3 days a week in office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience modeling processes with IBM BPM Process Designer and related frameworks.
• Hands-on with Process Designer, BPDs and Coach Framework as front-end tech.
• Experience with Process Modules, SCA modules, bindings, Mediation, Human Tasks and Business Rules.
• Proficient in Java, ASP, C/C++, Cold Fusion, ActiveX, VB, HTML/DHTML; knowledge of COM/DCOM/CORBA integration.
• Awareness of security, DBMSs, performance and standards.
• Certifications such as MCP/internet or similar legacy stack are a plus.

• Code for high performance, DB connectivity, and secure networks.
• Analyze, design, and support web-related applications for internet/intranet strategy.
• Maintain e-commerce or business apps and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Refine requirements with stakeholders and support testing activities.
• Enable real-time engagement, accelerate decisions, and ensure quality within timeframes.
