Job summary

OP Consulting Group LLC is seeking a skilled enterprise workflow engineer to design, develop, and maintain IBM BAW-driven workflows and ECM components in a large-scale environment.

You will integrate IBM FileNet, Case Manager, Content Navigator with Java/J2EE services, REST/SOAP APIs, and modern DevOps practices using Azure DevOps and Git. A strong background in document capture (Kofax) and cross-system integrations will help deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with IBM BAW, IBM FileNet (Content Engine), IBM Case Manager and IBM Content Navigator.
• Strong Java/J2EE development skills, web services, and building/integrating REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience supporting Kofax Capture (scanning, OCR, indexing, batch processing) and FileNet integrations.
• Practical experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Git, and migrating legacy repos from TFS.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting across distributed enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain IBM BAW workflows and related enterprise processes.
• Support and enhance core case management and content management platforms and integrations.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot IBM FileNet applications and content repositories.
• Support IBM Case Manager and IBM Content Navigator environments, including UI/customizations and workflow integrations.
• Develop and maintain Java/J2EE backend components and enterprise logic.
• Design, develop, and maintain REST and SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.
• Configure and troubleshoot Kofax Capture workflows and ingestion into FileNet.
• Analyze architectures and workflows for optimization and modernization opportunities.
• Participate in DevOps migrations from TFS to Azure DevOps (ADO) and Git usage for CI/CD.
