Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. seeks an expert IT Consultant to develop, enhance, maintain, and support an enterprise workflow and content management platform based on IBM BAW, FileNet, Java/J2EE, and Kofax Capture.

You will own complex integration efforts, troubleshoot defects, and drive modernization initiatives. The role requires hands-on experience with IBM BAW, FileNet, Kofax Capture, and Java-based applications, plus API development and enterprise system integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise app development, maintenance, and system integration.
• Hands-on IBM workflow and content management technologies.
• Proven experience with IBM BAW development and FileNet integrations.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE development, debugging, deployment.
• Experience with Kofax Capture and related workflows.
• Experience integrating IBM BAW, FileNet, Kofax with other apps.
• Experience with IBM Case Manager and IBM Content Navigator.
• REST and SOAP web services development and integration.
• SQL databases and DB integrations; working with DevOps tools (TFS, ADO, Git).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain IBM BAW workflows.
• Support and enhance InfoMAP enterprise CMS/workflows.
• Develop and troubleshoot FileNet applications and Content Engine.
• Create integrations across IBM BAW, FileNet, Java apps.
• Support IBM Case Manager and IBM Content Navigator.
• Develop Java/J2EE applications, web services, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot Kofax Capture workflows and OCR processes.
• Analyze architecture, performance, and modernization opportunities.
• Develop REST and SOAP APIs for integration.
