Job summary

HonorVet Technologies in Harrisburg, PA seeks an experienced IT Consultant to develop and support enterprise workflow and document management applications built on IBM BAW, FileNet, Java/J2EE, and Kofax Capture. This role focuses on supporting InfoMAP, the PUC’s enterprise content platform, across multiple program areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in enterprise application development and system integration.
• Hands-on IBM workflow and content management technologies, 5 years.
• Proven experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
• Strong proficiency in IBM FileNet, Content Engine APIs, document management, and integration.
• Strong Java/J2EE development, debugging, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Experience with Kofax Capture and document processing.
• Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP web services.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations.
• Experience using TFS, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Git.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise workflows using IBM BAW.
• Support InfoMAP enterprise case management and content management system and its workflows.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot IBM FileNet applications and integrations.
• Design, develop, and maintain Java/J2EE applications, web services, APIs, and backend components.
• Support IBM Case Manager and IBM Content Navigator applications and integrations.
• Develop and maintain fileNet-related processes including content lifecycle and metadata management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and infrastructure teams to implement solutions.
• Migrate code from TFS to Azure DevOps with Git version control.
• Document architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
