Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or IT.
• Experience in enterprise application development, maintenance, and system integration.
• 5 years of experience in related roles.
• Hands-on experience with IBM workflow and content management technologies.
• Proven experience with IBM BAW, FileNet, and Java/J2EE development.
• Strong FileNet knowledge including Content Engine, metadata, and retrieval.
• Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP services; SQL and DB integration.
• Experience with TFS, ADO, and Git in CI/CD and source control.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise workflows using IBM BAW.
• Support and enhance InfoMAP and content management workflows, documents, and integrations.
• Develop and troubleshoot IBM FileNet applications and integrations.
• Build integrations between IBM BAW, FileNet, Java apps, and other systems.
• Support IBM Case Manager and IBM Content Navigator, including customizations.
• Develop and maintain Java/J2EE applications and backend services.
• Troubleshoot Kofax Capture workflows, OCR, indexing, and document processing.
• Investigate defects, performance issues, and complex integration errors.
• Analyze architecture, business workflows, and code to identify optimizations.
• Develop REST and SOAP APIs for IBM platforms and enterprise apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to implement technical solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, reviews, deployment validation, and production support.
• Document architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams and assist with upgrades.
• Participate in code migration to Azure DevOps with Git workflows.
