Axis Community Health in California seeks an Integrated Behavioral Health Staff Therapist to deliver direct clinical services in a healthcare setting. The role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to address mental health needs and support patients across the lifespan.

Requires licensure (LCSW/LPCC or Psychologist) with 2–5 years of clinical experience in integrated or primary care settings; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.

Qualificações

• Must hold a qualifying license (LCSW/LPCC or Psychologist/PhD) in California.
• Clinical experience in integrated behavioral health, primary care, or community mental health.
• Proficiency in evidence‑based therapies (CBT, Motivational Interviewing) and short‑term interventions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, family, or group psychotherapy using evidence‑based approaches.
• Maintain minimum patient panel and complete timely documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral health in primary care.
• Offer crisis intervention, case management, and referrals to community resources.
• Participate in staff meetings and training; support interns and new staff.
