Banner Health’s Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking an RN Lactation Consultant to assess, educate and support mothers and families in a Level II environment. You will collaborate with obstetric and newborn care teams to promote breastfeeding and family-centered care.

The role requires IBCLC/CLC/CBC/CBS certification, active RN licensure in Arizona, and BLS; NRP must be obtained within six months. Registry/per diem positions offer flexible schedules with no guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• RN lactation consultant experience in a hospital setting.
• IBCLC/CLC/CBC/CBS certification required.
• BLS required; NRP certification obtainable within six months.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan lactation care for mothers and newborns.
• Deliver lactation education to patients and families.
• Coordinate with care teams to implement discharge plans.
