Job summary

Girls Global Academy seeks an IB Program Coordinator to lead the IB Career-related Programme implementation, maintain IBCP authorization, and ensure compliance with IB standards. This role blends programme management, assessment coordination, staff development, and student advising within a high‑growth, charter school setting.

The coordinator will align Business and Engineering CTE pathways with IB frameworks, provide guidance to the leadership team, and ensure timely reporting and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Five or more years teaching or education-related experience.
• Experience coordinating IB Career-related Programme (IBCP) or IB in schools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IBCP authorization and ensure IB standards are met.
• Coordinate IB assessments, exams, and Reflective Project processes.
• Lead IB professional development for staff and support teachers.
• Advise IBCP students on requirements and course planning.
• Collaborate with leadership, SPED, College/Career, and external partners.
