Job summary

HARDAWAY HIGH seeks an IB-MYP Coordinator to provide student administrative support to the principal, teachers, parents, and students, ensuring IB requirements are met.

The role requires a Master's degree, state certification eligibility (Georgia P-5, Early Childhood), and five years of teaching experience. The position is full-time at Hardaway High School, reporting to the Principal, with a 190-day work calendar.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in job-related field.
• Master’s level certification (T5) preferred.
• Five years of successful classroom teaching experience.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Promote understanding of the IB Primary Years Programme.
• Communicate and work with teacher teams on curriculum documents.
• Develop and implement weekly staff development plans for the IB program.
• Serve as school liaison with IB International to ensure program requirements are met.
• Oversee documentation for Georgia Charter Schools and liaise with the GA Charter School Commission.
• Collaborate with administration on assigned projects.
