Responsibilities

• Advises parents/guardians of student progress.
• Plans and implements a comprehensive school counseling program.
• Provides classroom, school-based, and individual counseling for academic, career, and personal/social development.
• Coordinates with staff to support student development.
• Counsels with parents, administrators, and teachers.
• Reports on student outcomes from guidance activities.
• Participates in professional learning.
• Facilitates referrals to internal and external services.
• Participates in school and county committees.
