Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required; Master's preferred.
• Teaching experience is a plus.
• Must have valid Texas Teacher Certification or be enrolled in an Uplift designated certification course.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at school 15 minutes before start time and be available for duties.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
• Create rigorous lesson plans and provide frequent assessments.
• Communicate with parents about student progress and maintain open lines of communication.
• Uphold school policies and IB components and standards.
