Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking an IB Coverage Analyst in Dallas/Houston. You will support senior bankers with due diligence and execution, build dynamic financial models and valuations, and prepare pitch books and confidential memoranda for client opportunities.

The role also involves developing marketing lists, conducting industry research, coordinating discussions, and mentoring junior analysts, all within a collaborative investment banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution
• Develop fully dynamic 3-statement financial models and other complex models as well as valuation analyses
• Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations
• Develop target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners
• Conduct in-depth industry research needed to support and generate opportunities
• Coordinate internal discussions and schedule transaction discussion meetings
• Mentor and train analysts
