Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking qualified candidates for an Investment Banking Analyst role in Dallas. You will support senior bankers in due diligence, build complex financial models, and prepare marketing materials for transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience supporting investment banking transactions advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution.
• Develop fully dynamic 3-statement financial models and valuation analyses.
• Draft and present marketing materials, pitch books and confidential offering memoranda.
• Build target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors and strategic partners.
• Conduct in-depth industry research to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate internal discussions and schedule transaction meetings.
• Mentor and train junior analysts.
