Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a qualified Investment Banking Analyst to support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution in Dallas, TX. The role emphasizes building fully dynamic 3-statement financial models, valuation analyses and preparing marketing materials for client engagements.

Ideal candidates will perform industry research, develop target lists for buyers and investors, and coordinate internal discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience building financial models and conducting industry research is preferred.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills are required.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution.
• Develop dynamic 3-statement financial models and valuation analyses.
• Draft marketing materials, pitch books and confidential memoranda.
• Generate target lists for buyers, investors and partners.
