Qualifications

Responsibilities
Build financial models and valuation analyses for FIG transactions.
Prepare pitchbooks, CIMs, management presentations, and board materials.
Support sell-side M&A, buy-side advisory, and capital raise processes.
Conduct industry research across financial institutions sectors.
Coordinate diligence with clients, buyers, lenders, and advisors.
Mentor Analysts and review work product.
