Job summary

CrazyLabs Ltd. is seeking a Senior IAP Monetization Manager to own and optimize in-app purchase monetization across our mobile games. You will drive revenue growth through pricing, offers, bundles, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing, with a strong focus on maximizing ARPDAU while preserving a great player experience.

You will collaborate with Product, Analytics and LiveOps teams to deliver monetization improvements, leveraging data-driven insights and end-to-end ownership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in mobile gaming monetization.
• Proven track record of driving IAP revenue growth.
• Understanding of F2P economies, purchasing behavior and player psychology.
• Hands-on pricing, offers, bundles, segmentation and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize IAP monetization strategy to drive ARPDAU, payer conversion and LTV.
• Design and optimize in-game offers, bundles, promotions, and pricing strategies.
• Develop player segmentation and personalized offers based on spending, engagement and progression.
• Identify revenue opportunities through data analysis and player behavior insights.
• Lead A/B testing across pricing, offers, targeting, timing and purchase experiences.
• Build and execute a monetization roadmap with measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Economy, LiveOps and Development teams to deliver improvements.

You will drive IAP revenue growth through pricing, offers, bundles, player segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing, with a strong focus on maximizing IAP ARPDAU while maintaining a great player experience.

4+ years of experience in mobile gaming monetization, with a strong focus on IAP. Proven track record of driving IAP revenue growth and improving monetization KPIs. Strong understanding of F2P game economies, purchasing behavior, and player psychology. Hands-on experience with pricing, offers, bundles, segmentation, and personalization. Strong analytical skills and experience designing and evaluating A/B tests. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with analytics tools. Commercially minded, creative, proactive, and comfortable taking end-to-end ownership.
