Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or hybrid role.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Strong authentication knowledge: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT, MFA, SSO.
• Experience testing authentication flows across web, mobile, and APIs.
• Proficiency with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Jira, Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Document current state authentication flows across applications, APIs, and user journeys.
• Elicit requirements, identify gaps, and clarify ambiguities.
• Translate legacy identity behavior to the new authentication method.
• Create artifacts: processes, data mappings, acceptance criteria, transition plans.
• Lead cross-team discussions to resolve blockers and align with security.
• Develop test plans and execute manual/automated tests for login, MFA, tokens, and API calls.
