IdentityLogic Consulting LLC is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge client stakeholders and delivery teams. You will lead requirements discovery, translate access governance needs into technical user stories, and own traceability through design, build, test, and deploy.

You will facilitate sessions with business and security stakeholders, document current and future-state access processes, and work closely with engineers and PMs to adapt requirements as scope evolves.

Competenze

• 4+ years of business analysis experience with at least 2 years in IAM, IGA, or security domains.
• Working knowledge of identity governance concepts (lifecycle, roles, entitlements, certifications, separation of duties).
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience writing technical user stories and acceptance criteria reviewed by engineers.
• US-based with unrestricted work authorization.

• Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions with client business owners, application owners, and security stakeholders.
• Translate business access requirements into technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and design specifications.
• Document current-state access processes and design future-state target operating models.
• Build process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and entitlement matrices.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing including test plan authoring, defect triage, and signoff coordination.
• Partner with engineers, architects, and project managers to keep requirements clean as scope evolves.
• Maintain requirements traceability across discovery, design, build, test, and deploy.
