Job summary

GuidePoint Security LLC is seeking an experienced IAM Consultant to lead structured IAM assessment engagements for SMBs across industries, delivering current and future state analyses and roadmaps. You will facilitate discovery sessions across IGA, AM, PAM, and IdV, and produce executive-ready deliverables.

The role supports presales, vendor selection, and continuous development of assessment methodologies. Remote work with some travel in the U.S. is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IAM strategy, governance, and advisory services spanning IGA, AM, PAM, and IdV.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and present executive-level deliverables.
• Experience conducting IAM maturity assessments and developing strategic roadmaps.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across technical and business audiences.
• 4-5 years of experience supporting presales engagements, scoping complex IAM projects, and developing statements of work.
• Deep understanding of IAM standards, frameworks, and best practices including NIST, ISO, and OWASP.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a remote work environment and multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Leads structured IAM assessment engagements across industries, delivering current and future state analyses and roadmaps.
• Facilitates discovery sessions to evaluate client environments across IGA, AM, PAM, and IdV domains.
• Develops executive-ready deliverables addressing people, process, and technology recommendations.
• Acts as trusted advisor during presales, aligning IAM services to client needs.
• Supports vendors through selection and defines clear IAM program improvement paths.
• Collaborates with internal teams to refine assessment methodologies and offerings.
• Contributes to thought leadership with reusable frameworks and best practices content.
• Embraces AI tools to drive smarter problem solving and outcomes.
• Travel up to 10% for events and regional activities.
