CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI™, is seeking a Director of Product Security to lead this organization. This highly technical leadership role will build security that runs at machine speed across design, development, and deployment, protecting customers as they scale AI workloads.

You will own the strategy and roadmap for product security across the company, lead managers and senior engineers who run AppSec, vulnerability management, and offensive security, and establish a security-first

Formación

• 10+ years in security or software engineering with focus on application security.
• 5+ years leading managers, scaling multi-team organizations.
• Experience building product security programs at cloud providers, security companies, or large SaaS.
• Hands-on depth in modern application security.
• Experience operating a vulnerability management program at scale with metrics and SLAs.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategy and roadmap for Product Security across the company.
• Lead managers and senior ICs across AppSec, vulnerability management, and offensive security.
• Build an agentic vulnerability program with scalable triage and remediation.
• Own end-to-end vulnerability management across CoreWeave's infrastructure and products.
• Run a tiered offensive security program with internal and external teams.
• Bring offensive security to bear on tenant isolation across GPUs, Kubernetes, and bare metal.
• Build a secure development lifecycle and extend it to acquisitions.
• Own security for CoreWeave's AI products and tooling, including model and dataset provenance.
• Stand up PSIRT: intake, disclosure, and fixes across the portfolio.
• Embed Product Security Partners in critical product areas with policy authority.
• Partner with Cloud, Platform, D&R, and GRC to keep prevent/detect/respond boundaries clear.
