Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an Identity and Access Management Specialist to design, implement, and sustain secure identity lifecycle capabilities across client environments. You will apply expertise in identity governance, authentication, and directory services to help modernize IAM posture and protect credentials.

Collaborate with cyber, engineering, and business teams to manage identities, credentials, and entitlements, perform lifecycle provisioning and reviews, and contribute to IAM process

Qualifications

Information security experience required, with IAM focus.
Experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint or APDS.
Knowledge of SSO federated identity management (Okta, Entra ID, PingIdentity).
Hands-on with directory services and federation (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
Familiarity with RBAC/ABAC and credential management.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and sustain secure identity lifecycle capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate IAM into mission workloads.
Perform provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
Support governance activities including access certifications and policy compliance.
