Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Identity and Access Management Specialist to support enterprise IAM programs. You will design, implement, and sustain secure identity lifecycle capabilities across client environments, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, and reviews.

Collaborate with cyber, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure proper integration of IAM capabilities. You will work with Identity Governance and Administration platforms like SailPoint or APDS, SSO

Qualifications

3+ years of information security experience.
2+ years of IAM experience.
Experience with IGA platforms (SailPoint/APDS).
Experience with SSO Federation (Okta, Entra ID, PingIdentity).
Experience configuring IAM tools (CyberArk, MIM, Ping Identity).
Experience with directory, authentication, and federation services (SAML/OIDC/OAuth).
Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC and enterprise security architecture.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and sustain IAM capabilities across client environments.
Perform identity lifecycle activities: provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews.
Troubleshoot and root-cause identity, credential, or access issues in hybrid environments.
Define and improve IAM processes, patterns, and documentation.
Collaborate with cyber, infra, and application teams for IAM integration in workloads.
