Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an Identity and Access Management Specialist to support enterprise IAM programs. You will design, implement, and sustain secure identity lifecycle capabilities across client environments, focusing on governance, authentication, authorization, and directory services.

You will work with cyber, infrastructure, and engineering teams to ensure proper provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and policy compliance, while troubleshooting and improving IAM processes in

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in information security.
• 2+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including SailPoint or APDS.
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) Federated Identity Management, including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or PingIdentity.
• Experience configuring and integrating IAM tools such as CyberArk, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), or Ping Identity.
• Experience supporting directory, authentication, and federation services such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
• Knowledge of access control models such as RBAC and ABAC, credential management, identity governance, information security management, and enterprise security architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and sustain secure identity lifecycle capabilities.
• Apply governance, authentication, authorization, and directory services expertise.
• Provide provisioning and deprovisioning, access request workflows, and access reviews.
• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis for IAM issues in hybrid environments.
• Help define and improve IAM processes, patterns, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cyber, infrastructure, and application teams for IAM integration into workloads.
• Support governance activities, including access certifications and policy compliance.
