Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Identity and Access Management Specialist to design, implement, and sustain secure IAM capabilities across client environments, aligning with governance and security requirements.

You will work with stakeholders, cyber teams, and engineering partners to manage identities, credentials, and entitlements, perform lifecycle provisioning and access reviews, and troubleshoot IAM issues across hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in information security
• Identity governance and administration experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint or APDS
• Experience with SSO/Federated Identity Management (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, PingIdentity)
• Experience configuring IAM tools such as CyberArk, MIM, or Ping Identity
• Experience supporting directory, authentication, and federation services (SAML, OIDC, OAuth)
• Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC, credential management, governance, and enterprise security architecture
• Public Trust eligibility

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and sustain secure IAM capabilities across client environments
• Apply identity governance, authentication, authorization, and directory services to modernize IAM posture
• Perform provisioning, de-provisioning, access request workflows, and access reviews
• Troubleshoot identity, credential, or access issues across hybrid environments
• Define and improve IAM processes, patterns, and documentation
• Collaborate with cyber, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate IAM into mission workloads
• Support governance activities including access certification, entitlement analysis, and policy compliance
