Job summary

Artifintech is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to manage Microsoft Active Directory across multi-site environments. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and customer service, with hands-on AD 2008/2012 experience and familiarity with security policies.

The hybrid position may require occasional onsite reporting for training; candidates should reside in the United States and be able to report onsite on the first day to collect equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management and Active Directory administration.
• 3+ years hands-on experience administering Microsoft Active Directory 2008/2012 in multi-site and multi-domain environments.
• 3+ years experience integrating multiple technologies to resolve complex issues.
• 3+ years experience with organizational security measures and IT security practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Active Directory accounts, properties, permissions, and access.
• Create and modify accounts for new and existing employees.
• Troubleshoot user account, data access, and application access issues.
• Analyze and resolve technical problems using advanced troubleshooting procedures.
• Receive, log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
• Document technical solutions, resolutions, processes, and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation per SLA/OLA requirements.
• Provide weekly status updates to management on incidents and project activities.
• Support implementation of DOT and ITS security policies and standards.
• Protect systems and data from unauthorized access, alteration, destruction, or misuse.
• Consult with clients and IT professionals to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead project activities, coordinate team efforts, and provide status updates.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid position.
• Contractors primarily work remotely but may be required to report onsite occasionally for training.
• Candidate must currently live in North Carolina.
• Candidate must reportonsite on the first day to collect equipment.
