Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks an Identity Access Management Consultant to design and implement secure IAM solutions, enabling SSO across enterprises. You will leverage ISIM/ISAM, Cloud Identity, Okta, SailPoint, and MS Entra to streamline identity lifecycles.

You will automate provisioning and migration with scripts across Cloud, OT, IoT, and enterprise IT, while leveraging AD/TDI for directory services and applying SAML/OAuth techniques to strengthen security.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing secure IAM solutions and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on with directory services (AD/TDI) and standards like SAML/OAuth.
• Experience implementing IAM strategies in multi-environment settings.
• Ability to lead design and implementation teams for IAM projects.

Responsibilities

• Design Identity Management Systems and enable SSO using IAM tools (ISIM/ISAM, Cloud Identity, Okta, SailPoint, MS Entra).
• Develop automation scripts for provisioning and migration of identities across Cloud, OT, IoT, and enterprise IT environments.
• Implement Directory Services (TDI and AD) and apply SAML/OAuth practices to enhance security.
• Deliver expert IAM guidance and collaborate with clients to tailor identity management strategies.
