Job summary

Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Stores Tech (WWGST) IAM team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive medium‑complex cross‑functional programs, focusing on security, readiness and delivery excellence. You will own end‑to‑end program execution and collaborate with engineering, product and leadership to shape impactful solutions.

In Austin, TX, you will influence priorities across teams, mitigate risks, and communicate decisions clearly to executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Drive high priority, complex projects across many teams.
• Define requirements with business owners and align stakeholders.
• Own the program execution and delivery process end-to-end.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks by anticipating challenges and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Effectively partner with all levels of leadership.
