Job summary

State Street is seeking an IAM Security Engineer to join the cyber Identity and Access Management team. You will design security solutions at scale, build zero-trust building blocks, and drive end-to-end security maturity with aggressive timelines.

You will lead enterprise IAM initiatives, define requirements across private, public, hybrid cloud environments, and collaborate with business and architect groups to shape scalable IAM architecture. Strong communication and influence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Experience with PKI infrastructure, security protocols, HSM, Secret Vault.
• MFA, Privileged access management.
• Access controls using Active Directory, AAD, IDP, and SSO.
• Access Management (RBAC, ABAC workflows), Privacy and Governance.
• Designing and understanding DR resilience challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design security solutions for scale and build zero trust blocks to enhance end-to-end security maturity.
• Oversee multiple IAM initiatives and coordinate change across cross-functional teams.
• Define user cases and IAM requirements for evolving business directions across private, public, hybrid cloud.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive collaboration and practical strategic priorities.
• Participate in IAM design governance and validation processes.
