Job summary

State Street is seeking an IAM Security Engineer to design and implement security solutions at scale, building zero-trust blocks for end-to-end protection. You will shape long-term IAM strategy and governance in collaboration with business and architecture groups.

In this role, you will manage multiple initiatives, drive change management, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet evolving security requirements and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• Knowledge of PKI, MFA, Privileged access management.
• Experience with access controls using AD, AAD, IDP and SSO.
• Experience designing IAM and CIAM security at scale.

Responsibilities

• Be part of long-term security strategy development and execution.
• Define user cases and IAM requirements for evolving business directions.
• Lead scalable IAM architecture changes and adaptive identity building blocks.
• Evaluate technology products/services aligning with IAM roadmap.
• Engage with and influence all levels of the organization.
