Bank of America is seeking an IAM Security Administrator to grant and manage access across hundreds of applications on diverse platforms. You will deliver timely, high-quality access provisioning and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure security and business continuity.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in IT security, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work across a large, geographically distributed organization while adhering to policy and risk standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT / information security / IAM.
• Bank-specific access administration knowledge in Windows and mainframe.
• Experience leading complex technical projects with timelines.
• Excellent process design to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Ability to work across a dispersed organization with technical/non-technical partners.
• Risk-oriented perspective to support access management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual thinking.
• Effective communication and collaboration.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership across levels.
• Microsoft Office Proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint).
