Job summary

KellyMitchell Group is seeking an IAM Integration Engineer to join a client- side project. The role focuses on designing and delivering robust integrations within the SailPoint IdentityIQ ecosystem, including building aggregation connectors and secure Java components.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in IAM/IGA roles, strong SailPoint IdentityIQ experience, Java development skills, and expertise with SQL Server or Oracle databases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IAM/IGA engineering roles.
• Hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience, including aggregation pipelines and provisioning workflows.
• Strong Java (JDK 8+) development background.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
• Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs, schema mapping, and ETL-like data transformations.
• Solid testing discipline across unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Understanding of SoD and audit trails in identity governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver robust integrations for onboarding and lifecycle management in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Build and optimize aggregation connectors (REST, SOAP, JDBC, AD/LDAP, custom patterns).
• Develop secure Java components—rules, plugins, workflows, JAR modules.
• Create identity data pipelines and schema mappings across SQL Server/Oracle.
• Engineer onboarding automation for metadata ingestion and bulk-data workflows with validation and rollback.
• Implement Git-driven workflows for version control, code review, and artifact promotion (DEV/UAT/PROD).
• Document designs, runbooks, test evidence, and compliance mappings for SOX/SOC controls.
