Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a SailPoint Application Engineering Technical Lead – I to design and develop SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for our global risk and security programs. You will work on advanced development, design, and testing across IAM and security platforms, ensuring high-quality IT deliverables and timely stakeholder communication.

The role requires a strong background in SailPoint IdentityIQ, core Java, XML/JSON, REST, SQL, and web/app server infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or closely related IT field.
• 6+ years of experience in the role or related IT field.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced level IT technical development services for SailPoint applications, servers, and infrastructure.
• Perform development, design, implementation, and maintenance activities.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including SailPoint development and architecture design specifications.
• Ensure quality of IT deliverables and conduct end-to-end application testing.
• Mentor IT staff and review documentation and diagrams.
