Qualifications

• 8–10 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge and experience with modern, data-driven risk analysis processes, techniques, and tools.
• Preference for risk analysis experience in the Financial Services Industry.
• Expertise in risk management/GRC, issue management, control frameworks, control testing, and automation.
• Experience with identity and access management controls, security architecture and engineering, security controls testing, forensic investigations, and automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with directors, managers, engineers, end users, and stakeholders.
• Team-oriented interpersonal skills and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train the enterprise on IAM best practices.
• Develop and support automated IAM processes.
• Implement ongoing IAM risk and efficiency improvements with limited oversight.
• Collaborate with Enterprise partners and control owners on IAM automation and maturity targets.
• Develop risk and control frameworks for IAM activities.
• Manage portfolio and lifecycle of IAM controls.
• Propose strategies to reduce security risk and improve controls through prevention, detection, and response.
• Lead a small team of analysts across risk management activities.
• Perform forensic data analysis and automated control testing.
• Support audit inquiries and provide evidence; present audit-ready documentation.
• Act as organizational spokesperson on projects and advise senior management and customers.
