Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Information Security professional in a hybrid Arizona setting to lead IAM onboarding initiatives, assess risks, and advise on policy compliance. You will mentor staff, coordinate with vendors, and drive complex security projects across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Information Security Analysis or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project or product management, implementation, or strategic planning.
• 2+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with application onboarding/integration.
• Deep understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Kerberos.
• Knowledge of access control models: RBAC, ABAC, PBAC.
• Ability to design onboarding workflows for new applications.
• 5+ years in business systems analysis or design.
• 2+ years of change management experience.
• Knowledge of governance and compliance in tech domains.
• Risk analysis and quantification experience.
• Client relationship management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
• Knowledge of full life cycle application development.
• Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
• Advanced MS Visio skills.
• Knowledge of SharePoint.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with remote resources.
• Ability to present to multiple levels of management.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Hybrid work environment at a posted location.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced information security consultation for policy, risk management, and remediation.
• Direct information security risk assessment and propose remediation strategies.
• Influence stakeholders on asset control decisions.
• Support IAM requirements for modernization and regulatory needs.
• Consult on complex security issues and findings.
• Manage complex information assets and risk.
• Evaluate information security policies, processes, and standards.
• Advise on Information Security Education and Awareness development.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Lead projects and teams.
• Coordinate with vendor managers on third-party assets and security risks.
• Mentor less experienced staff.
• Lead onboarding and integration to IAM control solutions for policy compliance.
