Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an IAM-focused professional to work across IAM departments, driving implementation and ongoing maintenance of IAM solutions in a hybrid Milwaukee, WI environment. The role emphasizes project planning, resource coordination, and timely updates to stakeholders to ensure progress.

The ideal candidate will apply knowledge of authentication, authorization, and user provisioning, while staying current with IAM technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3 years of IAM experience.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IAM departments to implement and maintain IAM solutions.
• Support IAM projects with planning, resources coordination, and stakeholder updates.
• Identify IAM issues and opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
• Produce and analyze metrics and reports to monitor IAM effectiveness.
• Stay updated with IAM technologies and best practices.
