Job summary
Tier4 Group in Milwaukee seeks an IAM Analyst to drive process, planning, governance, reporting, and project management across a large enterprise. You will collaborate with IAM leadership to standardize IAM functions, develop metrics and dashboards, and advance security by improving processes while navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with AD/Azure, SAML, and reporting is valued. The role emphasizes coordination over hands-on engineering, requiring strong communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS.
- 3+ years in Identity & Access Management or information security.
- 4+ years in project or release management.
- Strong IAM concepts and best practices.
- Experience with metrics and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across IAM teams to support processes and solutions.
- Coordinate IAM planning, initiatives, metrics, and reporting.
- Assist with project planning, stakeholder communication and execution.
- Develop IAM metrics, dashboards, and status updates.
- Apply IAM knowledge to support security and business goals.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and security.
- Communicate with technical and business stakeholders for alignment.
- Drive cross-functional projects to completion.
