Job Description:

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and process-oriented IAM Analyst to support Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives across a large enterprise environment. This is a unique opportunity for an IAM professional who enjoys working across multiple teams to drive planning, reporting, operational excellence, and project execution.

Partnering closely with IAM leadership, you will help establish consistency across IAM functions, support strategic initiatives, develop meaningful metrics and reporting, and identify opportunities to improve processes and security. This role requires someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same.

While a strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies is important, this position is focused more on the process, planning, governance, reporting, and project management side of IAM rather than hands-on engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate across multiple IAM teams to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IAM processes and solutions.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for IAM planning, operational initiatives, metrics, and reporting.
  • Support IAM projects by assisting with project planning, stakeholder communication, resource coordination, and execution.
  • Develop, analyze, and maintain IAM metrics, dashboards, and reports, providing regular updates on IAM activities, compliance efforts, and project status.
  • Apply knowledge of IAM domains, including authentication, authorization, and user provisioning, to support business and security objectives.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and security.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across technical and business teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Help drive cross-functional projects to completion while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Information Security, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of project management and/or release management experience.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices.
  • Experience producing, analyzing, and communicating metrics and reporting.
  • Strong initiative with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills
  • Experience with IAM platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Okta, or similar solutions.
  • Knowledge of identity and security protocols including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Ability to scope, plan, and manage cross-functional projects using established project management methodologies.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Release Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology initiatives involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with IAM governance, compliance, operational reporting, and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt to evolving priorities.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines a strong foundation in IAM with project coordination, process improvement, reporting, and stakeholder management skills, and who enjoys driving meaningful outcomes across a complex technology organization.
