Zusammenfassung

Modernizing Medicine is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the IAM platform roadmap, bridging engineering, security, and compliance. You will translate complex security requirements into actionable epics and stories for a team of Java/Keycloak engineers.

You will own backlog refinement, define acceptance criteria, and drive Agile execution within a GitOps framework, ensuring high security and enterprise readiness.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years as Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or Systems Analyst in IAM/security domains.
• 2+ years focused on IAM, Platform Engineering, or security infrastructure products.
• Strong understanding of identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0) and SCIM provisioning.
• Experience writing clear specs, acceptance criteria, and backlog items in Jira or Azure DevOps.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute roadmaps for central identity, Keycloak extensions, and authorization services.
• Own and refine backlog with detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Bridge gaps between engineering, security, compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, standups, reviews) in a GitOps delivery model.
• Incorporate AI tools to generate specs, criteria, and optimize workflows.
• Track metrics like uptime, authentication latency, and audit readiness.
