LPL Financial is seeking an AVP, Product Manager to lead Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives in a complex enterprise environment. You will translate business needs into clear product priorities, collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and risk teams, and drive delivery of IAM capabilities that strengthen security and improve user experience.

This role requires 5+ years in product management, strong communication, and the ability to balance security with business value.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in technology-enabled environments.
Experience translating business needs into product requirements and delivery priorities.
Experience working cross-functionally with technology, security, operations, risk, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support IAM product strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities aligned to objectives and risk considerations.
Define product requirements and translate priorities into actionable plans with stakeholders.
Own feature prioritization, backlog management, and readiness activities for IAM capabilities.
Create and maintain epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile delivery.
Partner with Scrum teams to ensure alignment between stakeholder needs and delivery execution.
Monitor adoption, outcomes, and feedback to inform roadmap tradeoffs and improvements.
