Job summary

LPL Financial seeks an AVP, Product Manager for Identity & Access Management (IAM) to shape and deliver IAM capabilities across advisors, employees, and clients. You will work at the intersection of product, technology, and cybersecurity to translate business needs into prioritized product actions and drive secure, scalable access experiences.

Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, collaborating with security and engineering, and guiding agile delivery through epics, stories, and acceptance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related roles in technology environments.
• 3+ years in agile delivery with backlog management and prioritization.
• Ability translate business needs into product requirements and delivery priorities.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technology, security, operations, risk, and business stakeholders.
• Experience delivering enterprise platforms or shared capabilities.
• Strong communication skills to convey priorities and progress to stakeholders.
• Analytical, data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support IAM product strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities.
• Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to define requirements.
• Own prioritization of features, enhancements, and technical dependencies.
• Create epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile delivery.
• Serve as product partner for Scrum teams supporting IAM capabilities.
• Manage backlog, releases, dependencies, and readiness activities.
