Qualifications

• Four (4) to six (6) years of experience in identity and access management, information security, IT compliance, access administration, or related technology control functions.
• Knowledge of user provisioning, lifecycle workflows, entitlement management, and role‑based access control.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer user access lifecycle processes.
• Process access requests.
• Investigate and resolve access discrepancies.
• Support entitlement governance.
• Participate in IAM projects.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, information technology, or another related technical field.

SailPoint or similar IAM tools

Active Directory

ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

Azure DevOps or similar Agile work tracking tools
