Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity, Governance, Audit or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable IAM solutions.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and performing detailed analysis.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, PowerShell or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document onboarding, access governance, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to define IAM processes and controls.
• Support access reviews, certification campaigns, and audit activities.
• Analyze identity data to identify trends and improve governance.
• Define and maintain IAM metrics, dashboards, and operational reports.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reporting activities.
• Develop or support scripting and automation solutions using SQL, Python, PowerShell.
• Participate in testing, implementation, and enhancement of IAM solutions and integrations.
• Improve provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, and approvals workflows.
• Identify and remediate orphaned or excessive access and support continuous improvement.
