Job summary

Elastic is seeking an experienced IAM leader to guide the IAM team within the Elastic Cloud, overseeing modernization of identity and access management systems across a distributed, high-performance group. You will influence architecture and drive collaboration across multiple teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will mentor engineers, manage roadmaps, and partner with stakeholders to align IAM initiatives with business goals in a globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years in software engineering.
• 3+ years in identity and access management.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and architectures.
• Experience with IAM solutions and frameworks.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team.
• Develop project plans and timelines for IAM initiatives to ensure capable execution.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve IAM capabilities.
