Job summary

Madison-Davis, LLC seeks a Director of IAM Engineering to lead the modernization of the enterprise identity and access management program. You will define the future-state roadmap for core identity platforms, expand application integration, and drive automation across IAM operations.

This role combines deep IAM engineering expertise with architecture, strategy, and executive-level stakeholder engagement to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IAM or security engineering experience.
• 5+ years with enterprise identity-management technologies.
• Experience with SailPoint connectors, workflows, and integrations.
• Proven record leading IAM modernization initiatives.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for enterprise IAM platforms and services.
• Lead modernization across identity governance, authentication, authorization, PAM, directories, and lifecycle management.
• Expand enterprise application integration with SailPoint and related identity-governance technologies.
• Provide technical direction for SailPoint architecture, connectors, workflows, and integrations.
• Guide strategy and implementation across CyberArk, PAM, SSO, directories, and access-control technologies.
• Establish scalable provisioning/deprovisioning, access certification, entitlement management, and segregation of duties.
• Lead architecture reviews, PoCs, product evaluations, and enterprise deployments.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve IAM efficiency and controls.
• Reduce manual identity processes and improve reliability and scalability of IAM operations.
• Establish engineering standards, governance practices, and repeatable operational processes.
• Partner with Security, Engineering, Infrastructure, Operations, application teams, and vendors.
• Mentor IAM engineers and communicate strategy to senior leadership.
• Establish metrics for IAM coverage, automation, and control effectiveness.
